Tim Cook and Ivanka Trump Visiting Idaho School District Today

Apple CEO Tim Cook and Ivanka Trump, adviser to President Donald Trump, are visiting Idaho’s Wilder School District in combination as of late to inspect the district’s use of generation in schooling, in keeping with The Idaho Statesman.


The talk over with is a part of Ivanka Trump’s ongoing staff construction and science, generation, engineering, and arithmetic (STEM) schooling tasks. Last 12 months, the Trump management reached out to Cook and different main generation, trade, and schooling leaders for recommendation relating to STEM schooling in public faculties.

In 2016, Apple donated an iPad to each and every scholar, a Mac and iPad to each and every instructor, and an Apple TV to each and every school room within the Wilder School District thru its ConnectED initiative. Since 2014, Apple has pledged $100 million in generation answers to 114 low-income or underserved faculties around the United States.
